1. How Many People
Will The Chocolate Fountain Serve?
Answer: Chocolate
fountains are designed so that they can be
replenished with chocolate at any time during
the event, which technically means that the fountain
can be used to serve an unlimited number of
people.
Our basic fountain package
for our medium fountain provides 20 pounds of
chocolate, serving up to 150 guests, and 6
pounds for our mini-fountain, which will serve
up to 50 guests. If the estimated number
of guests for your event exceeds these
guidelines, additional chocolate can be
purchased in 5 pound increments for every 50
additional guests at our current cost.
Our deluxe package for the
medium fountain includes 5 incremental pounds of
chocolate for every 50 additional guests
exceeding 150. We provide 5 additional
pounds of chocolate in our deluxe mini-fountain
package for events over 50 but not exceeding 100
guests.

2. What Is
The Size Of The Chocolate Fountain?
Answer:
Our
medium fountain is 29” tall and is
recommended for events serving 100-300 guests.
Our mini-fountain stands 18" tall and is ideal
for smaller events of 25 to 50 guests. You
may want to consider adding the mini-fountain to
our medium fountain package in order to offer a
second chocolate variety.

3. Do I Have To
Set Up, Tear Down & Clean Up The Chocolate
Fountain?
Answer: No,
leave all the set up, tear down, and clean
up to us. We require at least 1 hour prior
to the starting time of your event (as per
your contract). Additionally, we
will need at least 1 hour
following the scheduled end flow time to properly clean up.

4. How Long Can I
Have The Chocolate Fountain At My Event?
Answer:
All of our packages include 2 hours of
continuous flow timeservice. Additional
service time can be arranged for a fee of $25.00 per
additional half-hour. Any request made
during the event is at our discretion, and
payment is due immediately.

5. What Are The
Table & Electrical
Requirements?
Answer:
The table supplied for placement of the chocolate
fountain must be very sturdy, capable of holding
up to 150 pounds, and level
for the fountain to operate properly. Our fountains require a grounded, 120
volt electrical outlet within 10 feet of where
the fountain will be located. The location of
the table is also very important, so the
fountain will not be affected by any drafts,
especially from air-conditioning and heating
ducts.

6. What Accompaniments
Can Be Used With The Fountain?
Answer:
We offer a diverse selection of dipping items
from which you can select for your event.
Some of the most popular items are strawberries,
pineapple, marshmallows, mini cream puffs, and
cookies. A complete list of our dipping
item offerings will be provided for your review
with our written quote. If a dipping item
you desire is not included within our list, we
will do our best to accommodate your request.
We recommend using
naturally sweet foods, such as strawberries and
marshmallows, when selecting our dark chocolate.
Items with less sugar, like pretzels and
shortbread cookies are best suited for milk
chocolate.

7. Do You Provide
The Decorations For Around The Chocolate Waterfall?
Answer:
You or your caterer will need to provide two
color-coordinated table linens (not paper or
plastic) and skirting for the fountain table.
We will provide all of the
elegant serving dishes, skewers, and a cover for
the base of the fountain. For an
additional charge, we can also provide
theme-related decorations; just contact us for
more information.

8. Can The Chocolate
Fountain Be Used Outdoors?
Answer:
No - wind, rain, humidity, and insects will have
adverse affects when attempting to operate a
chocolate fountain outdoors. Therefore, we
only offer our fountains for indoor use.

9. Do You Require
Reservations & A Deposit?
Answer: Yes, a
$200 non-refundable deposit is required
with the signed contract within 7 days of
booking your event. The remaining
balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Payment in full is required at the time of
contract signing for the rental of our
mini-fountain and for events booked within 30
days of the scheduled event.
